Terms of use

By using this site, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose. This site is run by a logistics recruiting team and sponsored by BRS Global Logistics LLC ("we," "us").

The basics

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real name and real information. One account per person.
• Keep your email account secure. Anyone with access to it can sign in as you.

For employers

• We review every company before it can post. We can approve, reject or suspend any account at our discretion.
• Every job must follow our posting rules, including: no fees for workers, a real pay range, and only jobs for your own company.
• Use job seeker information only to hire for the job. Don't sell it, share it, or use it for marketing.
• Follow all employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws.

For job seekers

• Your profile and resume should be honest.
• Never pay anyone to get a job. If an employer asks for money, report them.
• Someone from our recruiting team may reach out about jobs that fit your profile.
• We check employers, but we can't guarantee every job, employer or outcome. Use good judgment.

Things nobody can do

• Post scams, fake jobs or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
• Scrape the site, send spam, or try to get around our security.
• Pretend to be someone else or another company.

Removing content and accounts

We can remove any job, message or account that breaks these terms or the posting rules, or that we believe puts people at risk.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee you'll find a job or a hire, and we're not part of any job offer or employment relationship. Employers, not us, are responsible for their job posts and hiring decisions. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using the site or from dealings between users.

Privacy

See our privacy policy for what we collect and who can see it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll post them here and email account holders.
