Privacy policy

This explains what information this job site collects, who can see it, and how to get it deleted. The short version: we only collect what we need to help people get hired, employers never see your email or phone, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name. We sign you in with a code sent to your email. We don't store passwords.
• Job seeker profile: what you choose to add, like your location, the kind of work you want, experience, skills, an optional phone number and an optional resume.
• Employer account: your company name, website and your work email.
• Activity: jobs you post or apply to, messages you send on the site, and reports you file.
• Cookies: only the ones needed to keep you signed in. No ad or tracking cookies.

Who can see what

• Your email and phone number are never shown to employers. You talk through messages here until you decide to share them.
• Your profile and resume can only be seen by employers we've checked and approved, and only if you turned on "Let verified employers find me" or you applied to one of their jobs.
• Job posts and company names are public, so anyone can search jobs.
• Messages can only be read by the people in the conversation.
• Reports are private. The person or company you report isn't told who reported them.
• Our recruiting team can see job seeker profiles and resumes so we can match people with jobs and reach out about openings. Our team also uses account information to check employers, review reports and stop scams.

Who runs this

Logistics Jobs is run by a logistics recruiting team and sponsored by BRS Global Logistics LLC.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't show ads.

Services we use

To run the site, we use a few trusted service providers that store or send data only on our behalf:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage for resumes.
• Resend: sending emails like sign-in codes and new-message alerts.
• Vercel: hosting the website.

Emails we send

We email you about your account: sign-in codes, applications, messages and job post reminders. Someone from our recruiting team may also email you about a job that fits you. Message alerts are limited to one per hour per conversation.

Keeping it safe

Data is sent over secure connections. Resumes are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links for people allowed to see them. Database rules stop users from reading each other's private information.

Deleting your account

Email ben@brsgloballogistics.com from the email on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete your profile, resume, applications and messages within 30 days. You can also turn off "Let verified employers find me" or remove your resume anytime from your profile.

Age

This site is for people 18 and older.

Changes

If we change this policy in a big way, we'll post it here and email account holders.
