Posting rules

Every job on this site must follow these rules. They protect job seekers, and they protect honest employers.
The rules
- No fees. Ever. A job can't charge the worker any fee, deposit, training cost, background check cost or "starter kit."
- Real pay range. Every job must show its pay, from lowest to highest, and how it's counted (per hour, per year, per mile, and so on). Pay must be honest.
- Say what it is. Lease-purchase and owner-operator jobs must be posted as lease-purchase or owner-operator. Commission-only jobs must say so.
- Only your own company. You can only post jobs for the company you represent. No recruiting agencies posting for unnamed clients.
- Real, open jobs. Don't post jobs that aren't open, just to collect resumes.
- Respect people. No harassment, discrimination or rude messages.
What happens if a rule is broken
- The job post is removed.
- The company can be suspended from the site.
- If two people report a job, it's paused right away until we review it.
