Why we started this
After many years in logistics, one thing has never changed: people reach out to me looking for work.
A friend who just lost a job. A warehouse lead ready for the next step. An operations manager trying to find a company that does things right. And on the other side, companies asking if I know someone good. Connecting the two has always been part of what I do.
In the last 12 months alone, more than 15 people came to me for help finding a job. We placed 7 of them. That's 7 families with a paycheck. But it also means more than half were still looking, and that stayed with me.
So we built this to do it better and for more people. Helping someone find their parnasa, their livelihood, is one of the greatest kindnesses there is. It's chesed that doesn't take money, just a little effort and the right connections. That's what we're here for.
We're a recruiting team, not just a website
Behind every job here is a real team that works in logistics. We check every company before it can post. We read the reports. And when we see a good fit, someone from our team reaches out, to job seekers and to employers.
We hire for the whole industry: COOs and directors of operations, warehouse and transportation managers, sales and account managers, supply chain, dispatch, drivers and more.
How we check employers
- Every company signs up with its website and a work email.
- Someone from our team reviews each one by hand. Most are approved within 2 days.
- Companies that don't check out are turned away. Companies that break the rules get removed.
- If two people report a job, it comes down right away while we look into it.
For job seekers
Make a profile once and apply to jobs in two taps. Employers never see your email or phone; you talk through messages here until you decide to share them. No job here is allowed to ask you for money. Read our posting rules.
For employers
